RETURNS
Returns and exchanges on items can be made only within 30 days of shipment with a return authorization for exchange or refund, no exceptions. Email us at info@trienawear.com to receive your return authorization number (RMA). All refunds are for merchandise only, shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is requested for an item (items) which was (were) shipped with free shipping, the refund amount will be less the shipping cost of $7.50 ($18.50 for international standard shipping).
For exchanges, there is a shipment charge of $7.50 ($18.50 for international standard shipping). No additional items may be added to an exchange order without additional shipping charges. Special orders and makeups are not returnable. For all orders greater than $100 there is a 10% restocking fee.
Once you receive your Return Authorization Number (RMA) place this number on the outside of your return package and ship your merchandise within 3 days if possible. We cannot guarantee receipt of return packages. We advise our customers to insure their packages against loss or theft. Please include a copy of your invoice, originals will not be returned. All items must be in their original resalable packaging with tags attached. Items must be unworn and not laundered. Place the item in its original packaging inside another shipping container or box and include a copy of your invoice (original invoices will not be returned).
Please allow 1-2 weeks for return processing (although we usually process the return with 1-2 business days from receipt of the return you may not see the credit on your statement for up to 2 billing cycles).
All shipping charges on returns must be prepaid.
Items sold on clearance are final sale and not returnable. Items bought at one of our retailers are not returnable through this website, they must be returned to the store where the item was purchased.
